The drawing and writing tool provides a personalised shaft grip area for e.g. a ball point type pen. A sleeve of deformable material is fitted over the ink reservoir of the pen. The drawing or writing pen includes an ink reservoir (1) and a point (2) of a ball point (3). The holder (5) contains a rigid sleeve (6) a layer of deformable and hardenable material (7) and a supple covering layer (8). During first time use, the deformable layer adapt to the finger grip shape of the writer.
