The invention relates to a pipe made of composite material for the drilling and/or transporting of liquid or gaseous products, in particular for offshore oil operations, of the type consisting of a regular part (1) made of composite material having a thermosetting-resin matrix, joined, at least at one of its ends, to a metal coupling connector (end-piece) comprising a part (2) engaged, at least partially, inside the composite tubular part. The internal face of the said composite tubular part (1) is covered, on the one hand, by a tubular covering element (7) made of impermeable material, rendered integral, especially in the axial direction of the pipe, with the said composite part and, on the other hand, by the external face of the said connector part (2) engaged inside the composite part, means being provided for ensuring fluid-tight connection between the covering element (7) and the said connector part (2).
