The device for treatment of extensive tibial bone injuries comprising of carriers, connectors, clamps and base screws inserted into tibial bone fragments, consisting in that they form a triangular-base prism (8) with two frames (9) and (10) placed one above the other, fitted preferably with 2 or 3 screws (11) to be inserted in the part of the shaft (12) of the fibula (13) and attached in the clamps (14) allowing for axial movements of the screws (11) and placed on the carrier of one or both frames (9), (10) of the prism.IMAGE
