Procedure for decoration of tiles in fine ceramic stoneware and tiles hereby obtained

Procedure for decoration of tiles in fine ceramic stoneware consisting in interrupting the baking of the tiles at a temperature between 950 and 1050 degrees C, followed by distributing on the desired zones of the tile surface, colorants diluted with fluids capable of causing the colorant substances to penetrate into the thickness of the tile, thereafter, terminating the baking of the tiles at a temperature exceeding 1200 degrees C. The fine ceramic stoneware tiles hereby obtained have the decor which permeates the majority of the thickness of the tile which surface can therefore be polished while maintaining the decor.
