Anti-pollution barrier for large areas of water which provides for normal swimming and navigation consisting of a long tube with ties to the marine floor which provides multiple exits with substantially constant distribution and which is connected to an elevated compressor which is capable of blowing air into the tube to generate bubbles emerging from the small holes which increase in size as they rise to the surface.
