This invention deals with a device which includes a sensor, composed of: a heavy rod; a frame anchored onto the body of the vehicle; a ring structure supported on the inside of the frame, on an electrical conductor surface, the structure has an internal contour shaped in such a way as to be touched by the rod, when the inclination of the centre of gravity of the vehicle's axis, with respect to the horizontal plane, exceeds a first pre-fixed value, which depends on the lie of the vehicle; tie-rods, formed by conductors, on each one of which, a resistor in series is inserted, having its resistance variation as a function of the stress or of the compression which is verified, when the inclination of the centre of gravity of the axis, with respect to the horizontal plane, exceeds a second pre-fixed value, greater than the first value; the frame is capable of supporting a pre-fixed number of buttons, which are maintained at a distance from the ring structure, so as to be reached by the rod, when the inclination of the centre of gravity of the vehicle's axis, with respect to the horizontal plane, exceeds a third pre-fixed value, greater than the second value.
