The present invention relates to a filling-metering machine, particularly for packaging of liquid or semi-liquid products. The machine comprises: a vessel for containing the liquid or semi-liquid products to be packaged and, laterally of this, at least one metering cylinder which delimits internally a metering chamber. Such a metering chamber may be selectively connected to the vessel or to a delivery duct for the product into a container. A piston is housed in the metering chamber and may be driven along the axis of the metering cylinder for varying the useful volume of the metering chamber and to realise an aspiration phase in which the product is aspirated from the vessel into the metering chamber, and a forwarding phase in which the previously aspirated product is conveyed into the container via the delivery channel. Emptying means are provided along the delivery channel and convey the product contained in the delivery channel into the container.
