This invention deals with shoes for proprioceptive and re-habilitation gymnastics in general, or for reinforcement and warming of the muscles of the lower limbs, derived from a rigid flat sole shoe without heel, and includes suitable mechanisms in order to be able to carry out oscillatory and rotatory movements, or only oscillatory movements, with the feet and the knee; it is characterized by the fact that said mechanisms are comprised of devices (5) applied on the bottom (2) of the sole (1) through small door-like openings (4) equidistant or non-equidistant between themselves, and longitudinally inserted in the sole itself. Said devices (5) are moveable and can be removed from the sole (1).
