The aim of this invention is to close a intestinal stomas (joined on the abdominal wall) with a plug that must maintain, in the long term, a watertight capacity without any problems. The aim is achieved by means of a device that minimises high pressure, peristaltic waves that are generated near the watertight capacity plug. The device is made from an elastic membrane supported in the plug and linked directly to the intestinal light. The block and the plug can be secured by a second, external, inflatable balloon or other means.
