Manipulator used in trauma medicine applicable to external fixatives to make reduced manoeuvrability possible; this allows the user to move parts of bone in all possible directions and also relative rotation of the two parts to be connected whether on a horizontal or vertical plane. In this way, by means of micrometric displacement, the two fragments are completely free and can rotate in any way.
