Procedure and system for the mechanical and biological treatment of animal waste and other organic waste material and for their transformation into organic fertilizer

This describes the composting process and system for animal waste from zootechnical farming and from other organic waste material being completed, in relatively little time (a maximum of 35 days). This changes the aforementioned organic material and not in a compost to be used as a valid organic fertilizer. Its essential and innovative characteristics are those that allow the composting of animal feces and other organic material with a water or urine content of more that 60%. This result is made possible specifically because of an innovative distribution system form the waste or other organic material in thin layers on the surface of the fermenting biomass. It also allows for the production of a compost without forming bad smelling and/or toxic gases and is pursuant to all the environmental anti-pollution laws. This is made possible by a system, also innovative of horizontal and vertical turning of the fermenting biomass.
