The special feature of the invention lies in the association of ultramicronised hydroxyapatite Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 (range: 47.92% microcrystals of diameter between 0.20 and 1.00 micron) with KNO3, potassium nitrate, for the formulation of a dentifrice paste having the following composition: ultramicronised hydroxyapatite (range: 47.92% of microcrystals of diameter lying between 0.20 and 1.00 micron) 5 g; KNO3 3 g; excipient base, non- caryogenic sweeteners, flavourings q.s.p. 100 g.
