Sweetener for food use, consisting of between 0.2% and 10% (weight) solid saccharine from 0.2% to 10% (weight) aspartame from 50% to 99% (weight) manitol and between 1% and 25% (weight) fructose. It has a low calorific value, and is therefore suitable for diabetics.Sweetener for food comprises 0.2-10 wt. % sodium saccharin, 0.2-10 wt. % aspartame 50-99 wt. % mannitol and 1-25 wt. % fructose.
