The generator in this invention has independent outputs to be used with two qualified, fixed (plate) electrodes or a mobile electrode. In the case of this last option it is necessary to have a neutral, return electro. The electrical circuits comprise four power sources, auto tuned oscillator, two amplifying stages, a time control circuit, integrator circuit and a counter to measure the dose independent from treatment time and the power applied to the patient. The power control is double, to control exit tension and measure an on-off time control. The power phase has two different tension exits to be used with fixed electrodes or a mobile one.
