ABSTRACTAllylic side chain-containing solid phase systems,processes for the preparation thereof and the usethereof in solid phase reactionsThe present invention provides an allylic sidechain-containing solid phase system, in which theallylic side chains are bound to a solid carriermaterial, of the general formula (I)wherein F is a solid carrier material, R1 and R2, whichcan be the same or different, are hydrogen or halogenatoms or alkyl or aryl radicals, R3 is a linking group-ing (spacer), X is a hydroxyl group, a halogen atom, asulphonate or phosphonate group or an acyloxy radical,acyl in the acyloxy radical being the residue of analiphatic carboxylic acid or the radical RCO-, R beingan organic radical, which is bound via the carbonylgroup, and n is the number of side chains bound to thecarrier material.The present invention also provides processes forthe preparation of these solid phase systems and isalso concerned with the use thereof for solid phasereactions.
