Abstract of the DisclosureAn active substance-containing plaster for thecontrolled administration of active substances to the skinhas a back and a skin side and a back layer. An activesubstance reservoir is divided substantiallyperpendicularly to the skin contact surface of the plasterand has one or more active substances, a contact adhesivedevice on the skin side and optionally a cover layerdetachable prior to the application of the plaster, inwhich it is possible to reduce the active substancerelease surface of the plaster by a predetermined amountthrough the removal of part of the active substancereservoir. At least one active substance reservoir partis detachable from the skin, whilst leaving behind one ormore active substance reservoir parts, the part of theactive substance reservoir remaining on the skin having abetter adhesion to the skin than to the back layer.
