ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Package comprising a tube, a screw cap, and a cap to be welded on the neck of the tube, and closing process of said tube. The tube is plastic neck with a cap to be welded to the neck after fixation of the capsule, this cover having at least one projecting portion for its detachment, now the capsule during sealing the lid on the neck. The cap has one or more protruding tabs, at least for tearing the sealed lid. This cap is deformable and little or no springback. The bottom of the capsule has a supporting shoulder of the cap on the neck, chose not to wear on the neck cutting burrs. The neck and the capsule used to accommodate them the projecting tabs folded. And a method for closing such a tube, comprising an induction welding or ultrasonic. The invention is used for hygienic products, cosmetics or food.
