METHOD FOR PREPARATIVE EXPRESSION OFGENES IN CELL-FREE SYSTEM OF CONJUGATEDTRANSCRIPTION/TRANSLATIONAbstractA preparative expression of genes is effected ina cell-free system of conjugated transcription/translation containing, as substrates, aminoacids,ATP, GTP, CTP and UTP with the use of genes as DNAmolecules. As a result, formed in the system are theproducts of expression of the genes incorporatingpolypeptides, AMP, ADR, GDP, CDP and UDP, pyrophosphateand an inorganic phosphate. During operation of thecell-free system of conjugated transcription/translation, as the substrates are consumed with theformation of the products, withdrawn from the systemare the products of expression of the genes incorpo-rating polypeptides, AMP, ADP, GDP, CDP, UDP, pyro-phosphate and an inorganic phosphate, Simulta-neously added to the system are substrates in theform of aminoacids, ATP, GTP, CTP, UTP to maintaintheir concentration at the initial level.
