8CB 10.354PPE/PBT BLEND PLUS REACTIVE POLYSTYRENEAbstract of the DisclosureA polymer blend having the combined improvedproperties of good impact strength, melt viscosity andtensile strength as well as resistance to chemicalsolvents is disclosed consisting of (a) apolyphenylene ether or mixture of polyphenylene etherwith styrene, (b) a polyester or mixtures thereof, and(c) a styrene polymer having reactive groups or sidechains at least one of which includes a cyclic iminoether group.
