The accessory is comprised of at least two front straps (10) having an elasticity lower than that of the clothing (1), and extended from the clothing shoulders to which they are attached up to each of the portions of the legs (1a) of the clothing comprised between the groin and the knees, portions to which they are also attached. With said arrangement, the efforts transmitted to the clothing portions situated above the knees are progressively transferred, through the clothing and through adapted ways, to the shoulders and to the neck, while leaving all the flexibility to other parts of the clothing while enabling the mobility and autonomy of the legs which are necessary for the reptation.
