The cone-shaped pin-hole gamma camera according to the invention has a hole formed in a tungsten cap at the vertex of a truncated cone. The hole is used to form a point image of the object under observation, from the gamma radiation emitted. The enlarged image is transmitted to the input face of the scintillator.
