A removable dental prosthesis part (2) is secured to a fixed dental prosthesis part (1) in a connection (1, 3) of the two dental prosthesis parts (1; 2) in which the two dental prosthesis parts (1; 2) are put together slidingly and, in the final position, rigidly but releasably, by means of a locking bar (4; 14) which is supported against one dental prosthesis part (2) and undergoes spring-mounted locking behind an, in particular inclined, bearing (5, 11; 18, 19) of the other, especially of the fixed, dental prosthesis part (1). The bearing (5, 11; 18, 19) is not, as known, milled but is formed by a prefabricated insert part (10; 13) of the said other dental prosthesis part (1) or of its model or of its casting mould.
