Pharmaceutical compositions containing compounds of the formula (I)wherein Y = CH₂, N-R₁ or is absent, and Z = N or CH₂, are useful in the treatment of panic or anxienty, pain pupil constriction of the eye or withdrawal response produced by chronic treatment or abuse of drugs or alcohol.
