the molecular cloning and expression of the dopamine receptor d1 protein is related to the stimulation of the activity of the cyclase of adu00e9nylyle. production of cell lines which express the d1 receptor, it is possible to evaluate the affinity and efficacy of drugs with agonists and antagonists to the receptor.an assembly of recombinant dna contains a dna fragment and a vector encoding the d1 receptor. a host cell is transformed with the help of the assembly of recombinant dna, resulting in the expression of the dna fragment and the production of the d1 receptor.the appropriate expression systems consist of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells, particularly mammalian cells such as rat and man. in addition, for diagnostic purposes, the d1 receptor antibody can be prepared by producing all or part of the receptor protein and injecting it in a variety of mammalian species.we can measure the expression of d1 receptor complementary dna using the resulting antibodies.
