Derivatives of the macrolide sopharen C and their use as microbicides

Compounds of the formula I IMAGE in which R1 a) is a hydrocarbon radical which has a maximum of 15 C atoms and can be saturated, unsaturated, substituted and/or interrupted by hetero atoms O, S or N, the formation of (thio)acetals or aminals being possible; b) is hydrogen if R2 is not hydrogen; c) is an acyl radical -COR3 which denotes an optionally substituted hydrocarbon (including an amino acid residue), and in which R2 is hydrogen, a silyl group or an acyl radical, have microbicidal properties against fungi which are pathogenic for plants. They can be used as formulated pesticides for protecting plants from disease.
