In the device according to the invention, the calibrated loads are obtained by means of two calibrating circuits powered from the same current source (V0), one of these circuits comprising a capacitor (C3) connected to the source (V0) via a switch (S'3) and to the input of the integrator (I) via a switch (S'1) and the other calibrating circuit comprises a capacitor (C4), of the same capacitance as the first, and connected to the source (V0) via an inverting amplifier (IN) in series with a switch (S'4) and to the input of the integrator (I) via a switch (S'2), control of the switches (S'1, S'2) being carried out by at least one monostable circuit (4) triggered by a circuit (2, 3) for detecting the output voltage level from the integrator (I).
