Composition for topical treatment of the skin or nails, containing, in an aqueous dispersion phase, vesicles bounded by a membrane of lipid phase containing at least one amphiphilic lipid, the aforementioned vesicles containing an encapsulated phase at least partially consisting of at least one mineral water forming an active agent for treatment of the skin, wherein the membrane lipid phase of the vesicles contains at least one nonionic amphiphilic lipid.
