The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a chemically bounded ceramic by reaction between one or several pulverulent binding agents and a liquid which reacts with these binding agents, wherein the ceramic product also can include one or several aggregates, which essentially do not take part in the chemical reactions. The invention also relates to a tool for the carrying out of the method, comprising a preferably exchangeable working part (5) consisting of a solid porous material.
