The present invention relates to the use of WS7622A mono- or disulfate esters and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts as new medicaments.;The WS7622A mono- or disulfate esters and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof used in the present invention are new compounds and can be made by changing the known WS7622A or its salts into the corresponding sulfuric esters.;The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention is useful for the prevention and treatment of infectious vascular coagulation, chronic respiratory tract infectious disease or chronic bronchitis as well as the human leukocyte elastase inhibitory activity found by the inventors.
