The low temperature sintered piezoelectric ceramics has the basic system, x(CdABiBBC)O3-yPbZrO3-zPbTiO3, where 0.45 = y = 0.54, Y + z = 1, 0 = x = 2.55, 1 = A+B+C = 1.56. The piezoelectric ceramics is prepared by (a) adding 0.20-0.60 wt.% manganese dioxide, or 0.20-0.60 wt.% manganese dioxide and 0.30-0.60 wt.% yttrium oxide (yttria) to the basic composition, (b) sintering at 900-960 deg.C, after conventionally mixing, calcinating, and pulverizing.
