DOUBLING YARN'S MANUFACTURED METHOD OF SILK AND NYLON

circulating reeled cocoon yarn around nylon multifilament yarn, which is hot-water treated to obtain the nylon yarn of hot-water shrinkage rate of about 10 %, to obtain a doubled yarn having the cocoon yarn in a twisted form around the nylon yarn; and air-spraying the doubled yarn. The yarn made by the method has the intrinsic excellent properties of silk, such as luster, touch, moisture-absorption and moisture- releasability, and whose weaknesses, such as poor stretchability, lack of valumeness, weak abrasion-resistance and weak strength, are complemented by the core nylon yarn.
