By using the kit of the present invention, methamphetamine, methoxyphenamine, DL-methyl ephedrine and ephedrine can be screened within 30 seconds of analysis time. The simplified detection method of the present invention is excellent in stability and judges the result with the naked eye, so it is suitable for field test.
