The invention relates to methods for measuring the intensity of infrared radiation and decoding images by comparing two or more images of the same portion. The purpose of the invention - increasing probability of recognition object area on multispectral infrared aerial photographs by producing additional de- shifrovochnogo feature in the form of thermal radiation coefficient of objects. This is accomplished by comparing the calculated with known coefficients of thermal radiation of objects in each working spectral range. In order to obtain heat radiation coefficient is calculated true temperature of the object, for which is used an arrangement 3 spectral ranges multispectral remote sensing system, two of them are identical in width and adjacent on the spectrum, and the width of the third range greater than the width of each of these two bands, wherein the boundary is selected spectral bands within the rectilinear portion depending coefficients of thermal radiation of the objects on the wavelength. 5 yl.
