Full-value albumin for sportsmen and women, people involved in heavy work, as a nutrient supplement, a building-up drink during convalescence and for diabetics is new. 95% (whey) albumin obtd. only from natural and full-value components e.g. barley hops, malt and yeast are admixed. No preservatives or sugar is added and so it is suitable for diabetics. Various flavours are obtd. by addn. of natural aromas or freeze-dried fruit etc. (claimed). USE - Used to make albumin-rich drinks by addn. of milk etc.
