Accident prevention safety appts. for aircraft - prevents unintentional switching of propulsion system into reverse at preset altitude, speed and undercarriage position

The safety device operates on a reverse thrust activation circuit, such that the circuit is only released for attitude values, e.g. under 100 metres. A dynamic air pressure indicator (3) and controller are used to prevent activation of the reverse thrust e.g. at speeds under 300 km/hr. Pref. the magnetic locking switch of the aircraft's undercarriage is used to prevent activation of reverse thrust unless the undercarriage is down. USE - In conjunction with conventional aircraft safety systems, for preventing unitentional reverse thrust activation of engines.
