The single or multi-part bridge body and conveyor is height adjustable and horizontally swivellable relative to the fixed side support point. The single caterpillar driven lower carriage (1) supports a ring carrier (2) which can move over a ball track or ball rotary connection. The ring carrier contains above or inside its ring carrier plane a bending and torsion resistant transverse support (3) which crosses through the ring carrier like a diameter or crosses over same parallel thereto. The transverse support (3) has two movable support points (4) for the bridge body (5). The transverse support stands crosswise relative to the longitudinal axis of the conveyor bridge. USE/ADVANTAGE - The lower carriage can be swivelled in any way relative to the bridge body without impairing the stability.
