An iron ring (3) is provided at the base (6) of the outer tower (1), and an odd number of fixed armature windings (10) surround the iron ring. An inner rotatable tower is arranged in the middle of the base of the fixed outer tower and has a number of blades at the periphery, which are arranged on iron rings with some holes. A rotary table is provided, the rotation of which is synchronised with the rotation of the iner tower. The table has a number of turbine blades, permanent magnets, and stationary armature windings to generate power. Guide plates (5) are fixed at an angle on the outer tower to direct the incoming wind. USE/ADVANTAGE - To provide power for lighthouse, ship propeller backup, vehicle when mounted thereon. Provides unlimited non-polluting energy, utilises wind from any direction, greater power obtained.
