The perimeter trough may have a U cross-section. It can be driven into the soil and used to form an enclosing barrier around the contaminated soil. Openings facing inwards from the section allow fluid contaminants to be collected in the hollow section. Additionally, the sections driven into the soil act as retaining barriers when the contaminated soil is removed. USE/ADVANTAGE - Perimeter trough contains decontaminant for soil area as well as helping to collect liquid waste.
