Flat loaves are formed by an arrangement of a conveyor belt whch transfers the dough under a roller consistng of several discs which form lines imitating finger pressure, and a second roller in which strips are mounted to form a grid of lines transverse to the direction of travel. Flow is strewn over the dough by devices in front of the rolls. ADVANTAGE - Formation of central cavities on baking is avoided.
