Sepg. solids from exhaust gases emitted by stationary atmospheric fluidised bed firing - in which cyclone separates hot solids including ash and effluent gases are cooled
Solid particles are sepd. from solid particles emitted by a stationary atmospheric fluidised bed firing. Directly after the hot exhaust gas has left the fluidised bed firing, it is led into a hot gas separator, pref. a hot gas cyclone. The cyclone separates hot solids including ash, and the hot ash-free effluent gases are then cooled and heat energy recovered via a heat exchanger. USE/ADVANTAGE - The process removes solid particles from gases emanating from fluidized bed firing, and generating the min. of dioxin and furan by-products.
