Measurement head for a speckle shear interferometer for evaluation object deformations - has offset image generator, intermediate image transfer system, and imaging elements between detection lens and photosensitive medium
The measurement head consists of a detection lens which forms an image of an object, and an arrangement for producing two offset images on a photosensitive medium. An intermediate image transfer system (ZBUS) has two optical imaging elements (AE1,AE2) between the detection lens (AO) and photosensitive medium. The focal point of the first element on the object side lies in the plane of the real image produced by the detection lens. The focal point of the second element on the medium side lies in the plane (B) of the photosensitive medium so the beam path between the elements only contains parallel light. The offset image generator lies between the imaging elements. USE/ADVANTAGE - For measuring spatial difference quotients of object deformations. Has high light yield and minimal loss of image quality with variable intensity ratio of two offset images.
