The document holder is in the form of a rectangular pocket, and assembled from two sheets of plastic film. The upper sheet is transparent except for opaque marks with which a standard imprint on an original document can be simulated. The lower sheet is opaque, and when an original is inserted into the document holder, the transparent top sheet can be written on by hand, using a special pen. The document holder can then be used for transmission of a document with accompanying standard imprint. ADVANTAGE - Simpler, faster and cheaper copying is possible without using high quality letterhead sheets, and mistakes can be wiped away on top foil.
