Mixing hot and cold water for shower head - using setting motor valves to control hot and cold water supplies allowing periodic adjustment

The water mixer valve controls the quantity of hot and cold water supplied to the shower head to maintain a required temp. and water discharge level. The hot and cold water lines (1,2) are controlled by respective setting valves (4,6), the supplied water being fed to a mixer chamber (8) leading to the discharge line (3). The valves (4,6) pref. use setting motors (5,7) controlled to provide a periodic variation in the water temp. and discharge level between upper and lower values for each, determined by a manual setting control. ADVANTAGE - Provides pulsating flow and temp. variation.
