Sepn. of hollow-glass-objects from broken fragments - using parallel driven rollers with conical-cylindrical shapes, feeding slide and separate outlets for objects and fragments

The device for separating hollow-glass-objects from broken fragments has parallel driven rollers (1) with a conical shape (2) of 4 deg to 8 deg angle on one side and a cylindrical shape (3) on the rest of its length. The feeding slide (4) for the input materials is mounted at the front side of the rollers with the largest dia. Separate outlets are provided for the hollow-glass-objects (5) and for the broken fragments (6). The largest dia. of the rollers (1) is 140 to 180 mm and the dia. of the cylindrical parts (3) is 40 to 80 mm. The rotational speed of the rollers (1) is 10 to 50 rev/min and the gap between them is at least 2 mm at the side of the largest dia.
