The device includes a rotary oil screen cylinder with a radially inwards pointing oil guide flange (11) set axially between the ends (18) of the planetary gears (19), next to the drive path (13) on one side, and the drive itself on the other side. The flange divides an annular chamber (17), which connects with the friction drives (15, 16), from a second annular chamber (20), which is screened from the drive. It lies axially between the gear ends and the oil guide flange. The lubricating oil, emerging from the area of the planetary gears at the ends next to the drive path can flow over the annular chamber circulating round the multi-disc clutch and into the housing inside (4). USE/ADVANTAGE - For epicyclic gear driver, with sufficient lubrication and cooling, but protection of friction discs against hot oil.
