The tipping vehicle has a combing or similar device, which has a receptacle chamber closure cover (a) adjustable as to position on a clamp strip (c) against the comb fillet (e) action as a device for selective receipt of refuse. The receptacle chamber closure cover (a) has a slide block fitted on the clamp strip (c), and is formed as a replaceable plastics or metal sheet tensioned in the slide block. The slide block (b) is of the half-shell type and the comb fillet (e) is formed so that it partly encloses with clamp screws for position securement. The comb fillet (e) for selective emptying of multi-chamber receptacles has separately adjustable receptacle chamber closure covers. USE/ADVANTAGE - A domestic refuse vehicle of the multi-chamber type which has a closure cover which is rapid and selective for emptying purposes.
