A prim. coil body produces a magnetic field which attracts the light bulb. The magnetic alternating is produced by the lamp frame and the core of the prim. coil body should not be closed, and can be part of the frame. Different types of lamps can be used, e.g. with HF magnetic field for fluorescent lamps. With the use of a light bulb or LED, this must be connected to a sec. coil. The sec. coil transforms the magnetic alternating field to an AC voltage, which is used to operate the bulb or LED. A regulating circuit is provided with a sensor, e.g. for measuring distance between suspended object and magnet. USE/ADVANTAGE - E.g. reflection light barrier. Lamp and sec. coil have no mechanical contact to remaining construction.
