Coin testing method for measuring coin dia. during centering phase

The method determines the coin dia., material quality and embossing. The coin is acquired, centred, clamped and rotated through 360 deg. in a test cycle in which the above parameters are detected and evaluated. The coil diameter is measured and evaluated during the centring phase. It is measured over the angle of rotation of two mutually independently rotatable discs. The rotation angle of a drive motor is measured as part of determining the diameter.
