The appts. for extra-corporeal long-term perfusion of human and animal tissues and organ regeneration uses a blood pump to create a greater circulation with containers for the perfused organs, and a small circulation with oxygenation and also the reverse. The organ containers maintain a physiological turning and variation of the ambient blood pressure. The perfusion fluid is routed to the organ container (1) by arterial feed (2), and exits by a valve (3). Each connection has a valve (4,5) and also a short circuit connection (7). A valve (8) allows control of blood pressure, blood pressure gradient and perfusion control by the control unit (11). USE - Permits organ support during, for example, AIDs diagnosis, also organ regeneration.
