The method also includes the use of coupling and decoupling structures and the assigned source systems of static premagnetising components. A synthetic areal homogeneous single crystalline Yttrium-iron garnet rhombic substrate is coupled point by point or at selective places with a planar n-line and m-column matrix shaped excitation network of nm excitation elements, on a gallium-gadolinium garnet rhombic carrier by means of liquid phase epitaxy. The synthesis of the excitation network results also across a n-line and m-column array of static premagnetising sources with controllable static field intensity, in addition to across a n-line and m-column array of electromagnetic HF coupling elements. USE/ADVANTAGE - Object proximity sensors and actuators. Determines and evaluates characteristic object radiation in spectral range of electromagnetic waves outside UV and visible wave spectrum pref. in short wave radio spectrum, also in temp. radiation, can represent supplementary solution to optical receptor systems.
